My name’s Minè and while I may finally have my shit together, it took a lot of hard work to get me to this point. Juggling a career, hobbies and a social life is hard (not enough people say it!) and trying to manage those everyday stresses and anxiety when you still have a job to go to and commitments to meet is even more difficult.

So, here on my little corner of the internet I take a lighthearted look at how to deal with it all when you don’t have the option to just take a bath because you actually have to get to that meeting at 9am.

My posts are about how I deal with the everyday stresses that surround us all, but are by no means a quick-fix to any health issue. In my posts I do touch on anxiety and depression but I don’t believe there are any hard and fast rules or quick fixes, these are just some of the things that work for me to help remove some of the ‘cloud’ that surrounds it all that exacerbates my personal health issues. There are lots of places to get qualified advice on health issues but my blog is just a space where I talk about being happy and how I relieve some of life’s stresses.
